Dept. 03 / Mail Counter

The message that gets through looks just like the ones meant to.

Hardly anything turns up with a virus stapled on any more. It turns up as a short note signed by somebody your bookkeeper knows, asking one small favor, at a believable hour. Two lines here. One guards the mailbox, the other drills the people. Most shops take the pair, a few only need the second.

Say plainly what this is

Ironscales is not a mail gateway. That comes first here because half this market calls everything in the category a gateway, and the difference settles how a rollout feels. Nothing gets re-pointed, your mail records are left where they sit, and messages take no detour through somebody else's building on the way to your staff.

It joins Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace at the vendor's own interface and operates from inside the mailbox. One consequence of that is worth the price by itself. A message delivered twenty minutes ago gets pulled straight back out of whichever inboxes still hold it, something no gateway manages once mail is behind it.

One action pulls a delivered message straight back out of your people's inboxes, the lot of them together.

The half of this that is people

Every shop holds somebody who will approve a transfer one day because the note read exactly right. That is not foolishness, it is a busy Tuesday. Drills work because practice works, and because they turn one awkward moment into a two minute lesson rather than money nobody can chase down.

Owners lean on the reporting harder than anything else at this counter. Who clicked, who spoke up, and whether three months of that runs the way it ought to. Take the drills by themselves when your filtering is settled and going nowhere.

Spec cards and prices

Every figure below is pulled live out of billing while the page opens, which means the number printed is the number a card would see. Whatever you add rests on the order pad, and it stays there afterwards.

Mailbox Guard with Staff Drills

Ironscales joined to the mailbox itself, with the practice for your people bundled in

Ironscales is no mail gateway, and this page will not dress it as one. Nothing gets re-pointed, no records need rewriting, and mail takes no detour through another company's building. It joins Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace at the vendor's own interface and works from inside the mailbox, which is also how it reaches a bad message that landed twenty minutes ago.

  • Joins the mailbox by API. No mail records to rewrite and no gateway standing in the road.
  • One action pulls a delivered message out of whichever inboxes took it.
  • Watches for the plain note from a name your people recognize, which is the trick that works.

Staff Drills on Their Own

Ironscales running the practice half only, for shops keeping their current mail filtering

The people half by itself. Drills go out, results come back, and short lessons follow for whoever needs them. Buy this one when your mail filtering is settled and staying put but nobody has ever actually practiced.

  • Drills that look like the mail your trade really gets, not a generic prince and a fortune.
  • A button in the mail program so reporting something odd takes one click.
  • Plain reporting on who clicked, who reported, and whether that is improving.

What comes with these lines

Everything below is part of the monthly price. None of it is a separate quote later on.

  • The join to your Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace tenant, set up at our end.
  • Continuing inspection, plus removal of bad mail that already got into inboxes.
  • Drill scheduling, and the short lessons that follow somebody clicking.
  • Reporting on who clicked, who spoke up, and how the pair move across three months.
Where this counter ends

What these lines do not do

Mail starts most of the trouble in this trade, and it is also where claims get loosest. Here are ours.

  • Nothing catches every message. A careful note sent from a real account stolen this morning is built to look ordinary, and now and then it manages it. That is exactly why the drills share this page with the filtering.
  • No gateway is involved, and no page here pretends one is. Where what you need is genuinely gateway shaped, with mail records re-pointed and traffic sent off somewhere else, this line does not do that, and you hear it from us before money moves.
  • Only the mailboxes you connect. Cover follows whichever tenants and mailboxes get hooked up. A shared account nobody mentioned at scoping is not thrown in out of kindness.
  • Training is not a compliance certificate. Drills and lessons evidence effort and frequently satisfy a carrier. By themselves they are not a certification, and nothing here will call them one.
  • It does not read intent. A real instruction from a real colleague that happens to be a poor idea is a business decision and not a detection. Approval rules on money are the control there.
