Here is what happens to money after you cancel, after a mistake, and after a charge that should never have gone out. Short, specific, and the same policy whether you bought one line or twenty four.
Counter copy, 24 August 2026Subscriptions run a month at a stretch, paid before that month opens. Quit on any day you like, and the funded month plays out to its final hour. Funded months are never chopped into days and partly returned, and no annual lock-in hides behind the prices painted on this board.
Each charge pays for the month in front of it. The register collects the first one and the same square on the calendar returns thereafter. Quitting stops the charge that has not happened yet. It cannot undo one that already went through, since the service for that stretch was delivered, or is being delivered while you read this.
Two ways, both of them work. Use the billing section in your account portal, or write to support@starsandstripestech.com from an address on the account. There is no retention script waiting on the other end, and nobody will make you say it three times.
Move a count up and the next charge reflects it. Move it down or take a line off and the change applies from the following period, since the current one is paid. Nothing shrinks retroactively and nothing grows without you asking for it.
A card that declines gets another attempt and you get a note. Put it right and the story ends there. Ignore it and the subscription goes into suspension, and cover stops the moment it does. Waking one back up is not automatically free, since redeployment is genuine work.
Write to support@starsandstripestech.com with the charge date, the amount and what you believe went wrong. We answer inside five working days. Where a refund is approved it returns by way of the card which paid, that being the one route Stripe gives us and the only one we would ask for.
We would rather refund a genuine mistake fast than argue about it for a fortnight. It is a cheaper way to run a business and a better way to treat people.
